Collaborative Model Development Model

This is the model of the collaborative model development process which is being developed in a collaborative method to help understand what guidelines might be developed to aid in the model development. There is an associated discussion for this model on LinkedIn as well as a project page on SystemsWiki.org.

I think what happens after someone duplicates a model is that a tree of models exists.  It might be useful for the owner of the duplicate to ask for a vore about which single path to take, but barring a unanimous vote, it would continue to be a tree of models.  Not sure how that would work.

I agree with stephen. The duplicate model needs to be forked as a separate model or the insights integrated into the original model. And of course the community of interest is made aware of the duplicate
