A tool designed to remind us about the audience in a systemic way.  Small groups would collectively distribute six sigma projects on the converters to understand the current state in an objective manner. The intent of the model merely collecting evidence, students from within their communities serve as a new role to bridge the trust and rebuild hope with direct engagement.  Thematic subjects from the SDG'sEconomic, Justice, Health, nutrition and the poverty equation are segmented by three income or economic groupings.  The grouping in this manner enables us to identify patterns which are true in all parts of the world.   (80/20 rule)

Human Rights are offered to all person's regardless of their race, sex, age or disability. 

United Nations has a commons cluster which includes 17 SDG's, with strong support from many in the stakeholders of influence types.

The access to equal justice SDG

Each of the before mentioned are individually an SDG with various targets including the way people and planet are expected to change by delivering the outcomes in financing for the development.  

In most poverty populations we understand the quality of healthcare is degraded, the quality of education is degraded which causes economic disparities and reduces the access to nutritional food especially in crisis response situations.  

Threats associated with elicit financial flows begins with the over use of a single physical person whose private information in the hands of an agency or organization can be the means and opportunity to misuse the information as a person whose been given a service.  There are several problems in my experience as follows;
a) most people have no idea they are being claimed as a person who was served 
b) In the above situation a person being claimed can be charged with fraud when they attempt to use the services but they were already shown to have services or conflicting information indicates the person is attempting to commit fraud.  
unserved persons can be accused of fraud without any advanced warning or chance to deny the claims about services

Each of the seventeen (17) SDGs are related to the individual person in civil society and in cases of the most in need has barriers in the other related SDGs which has prevented others from delivering the benefits in MDGs.

Quality Healthcare
The expectations for the medical practitioner might be in complete contrast to being treated with dignity.
Access to medical and mental health workers. 
Proximity of healthcare provider, clinics, and hospitals.

A good rule of thumb for the poor or poorest people; anything beyond five miles will generally have minimal attendance.
People are unlikely to use a service provider beyond the five miles of my home or community. 

Healthcare providers should be part of a living enterprise, as one part of the service systems.
Education
All children in all parts of the world are offered an education.

The issues are quality and outcomes.
The issues are of several types.
The quality of the workforce who teaches.
The pay for the teachers.
The administrative burden and standardized test requirements.
The content we have used since the 18th century.
The value of the materials and integrity of the stories especially in how communities of color are represented. 
The inclusion and curation of diverse history in the countries which will conflict with the stories from the English settlers.
