Wilensky's Model for CS Involvement
Wilensky proposes alternative model to that of the current AP CS model. If teachers are trained within their own disciplines, they will find CS training and applications more meaningful. As a result, it is more likely that the teachers will use their training and learned applications in the classroom. This will expose all of their students, not just those who can take an elective AP CS course, to CS. This will in turn increase the effectiveness of CS training and content exposure.
