This model simulates how the NYC population changes over time based on births, deaths, immigration, and emigration. Births and immigration add to the population, while deaths and emigration reduce it. During the simulation run, the population limit helps prevent unlimited exponential growth by slowing births and immigration as the population approaches the maximum. The rate variables can be adjusted to explore different population scenarios over the course of the simulation.
