Course project extending Birgit Kopainsky's 2026 deer-wolf-forage core model. Adds a managed sheep flock, delayed farmer protection, farm income and public expenditure. Six scenarios: baseline, compensation, protection, predator removal, deer hunting and combined policy. Calendar horizon 2000-2025, RK4, step 0.05 year; policies start in 2005. Scenario selector: 0-5. New ecological and economic values are illustrative assumptions, not field estimates. Economic transfers are separated from resource costs.
