This report aims to develop a comprehensive model using system dynamics to understand and improve the supply chain's efficiency and responsiveness. The primary objective is to analyze the key dynamics influencing the supply chain, such as supply rates, demand fluctuations, and inventory management, and to propose strategic insights for optimization.
