What I did was to imagine the e-meeting between the patient and the dietician as an exchange of knowledge or consultation in this case like a teacher and an online student. The student is the customer, the lecturer the dietician, the e-learning platform is the e-meeting platform. The differences are small. The IT infrastructure is more or less the same and there is also the need of good service, in this case the satisfaction of the patient, in order to maintain the membership and contribute to its marketing.
