Climate Stabilization Task

Gene Bellinger

The model starts in 1900. In the year 2000 you get the chance to set a new emission target and nominal time to reach it. Your aim is to have atmospheric CO2 stabilise at about 400 ppmv in 2100

Infinite drinkers

Gene Bellinger

An infinite number of mathematicians walk into a bar. The first one tells the bartender he wants a beer. The second one says he wants half a beer. The third one says he wants a fourth of a beer. The bartender puts two beers on the bar and says “You guys need to learn your limits.” From http://wildaboutmath.com/2011/09/22/609/
