POC model for the Anglo Platinum Tumela 5#

Added logic to include number of panels and number of trams (still at high level, no ABM)

Added Volume, centaire (spelling?) and yes/no once a shift binary blasting logic

Split up drill and blast into drilled stock and blasted stock. Added multiple shift logic as well.
