Dynamics of Emergency Department with minors and majors.

Number of patients arriving in minors (demand) is allocated randomly between min and max settings).  Number of patients arriving in majors (demand) is allocated according to defined a data profile.

Unused majors capacity is used for minors (but not vice versa).
