When an aircraft is inducted for Repair & Overhaul (R & O) there is a major effort expended to plan the work for repairs. This SFD is a preliminary look at that stock and flow stream to eventually develop a better understanding of the delay impacts and best leverage strategy to solve problems to schedule and resource loading.
