Although not a complete model, this model tries to enact the calls for the INDUSTRIAL COLLEGE Frederick Douglass calls for in his letter to Mrs. Stowe. A lack of social agency for blacks led his call for vocational training, which would create the various specialized skills the people need to generate their own jobs and income. Having jobs and income feeds back to producing even more social agency.
