This work is a systemic approach for developing a strategy to be employed to intervene in the development of entrepeneurial personal competences in young wannabe enterepeneurs in conjunction with the local (city off Saronno, Italy) labor office. The need of it comes from a current situation of a growing number of young people who want to become entrepeneurs compared to an increasing percentage of new compnies that close in the first two years of activity
