Vereinfachungen und Fehler sind auf den Ersteller des Modells zurückzuführen!

Das Modell zeigt den negative Rückkopplungsmechanusmus des Hormons "Kortisol". Um diesen Mechanismus aufzeigen zu können, wurden die Strukturen und Prozesse der HPA-Achse (auch HHNA genannt) modelliert.    Das Modell ist von oben nach unten zu betrachten. Das Modell zeigt den negative Rückkopplungsmechanusmus des Hormons "Kortisol". Um diesen Mechanismus aufzeigen zu können, wurden die Strukturen und Prozesse der HPA-Achse (auch HHNA genannt) modelliert.

Das Modell ist von oben nach unten zu betrachten. Die von unten nach oben rot markierten Pfeile heben die hemmende Wirkung bzw. die negative Rückkopplung des Kortisons hervor.

Die Schieberegler sind vor der Simulation einzustellen und ermöglichen unterschiedliche Simulationsszenarien. Der Regler "Stressor oder Stressoren" stellt die Intensität von den Stressoren dar. Der Schieberegler "Bewältigungsmöglichkeiten" stellt die persönlichen Ressourcen da, die einem Individuum zur Bewältigung von potenziellen Stressor zur Verfügung stehen.
Diese beiden Elemente werden im "ZNS" subtrahiert. Die Differenz bestimmt sozusagen den Verlauf der Simulation.
Es bei diesem Modell zu beachten, dass es bei dem Vergleich von einer Differenz von drei und vier zu keinem schlüssigen Ergebnis kommt. Dieses Defizit konnte bisher noch nicht behoben werden. Alle anderen Simulationsergebnisse Verhalten sich aber wie erwartet.
